Overview

Our minimum contractual period is 3 months.  We cannot provide refund, if we have already started working on your project.

To complete your refund, you will be required to place this in writing via email.

Refunds

Once we have agreed and provided authorization, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and will process your refund to your original funding source.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Please wait 3 to 5 working days for this to process.
